The Maple Center is a nonprofit integrative health education center that has served the Wabash Valley Community since 2004. We offer classes and workshops in mind, body, and spirit approaches to optimal wellness.
These classes and workshops, in preventive strategies to maintain health, include Auricular (Ear) Therapy, Meditation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Eating, Mind Body Skills, Tai Chi, Yoga (Chair, Family, Recovery & Stress Management), Plant-Powered Nutrition (Food for Life & PlantPure Nation programs), and we have the Dr. John Black Integrative Health Library inside our facility.
The center also credentials and houses the independent practices of professionals trained in a variety of integrative treatments, such as acupuncture, mental health counseling, music therapy, integrative medicine, meditation, mindfulness, neuromuscular integration, therapeutic massage, nutritional counseling, and therapeutic touch.
